Lake Balaton Development Agency (Balatoni Integrációs Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft.)
Lake Balaton Development Agency is a non-profit company that was established in January 2000 by the Lake Balaton Development Council (LBDC). The Agency performs the professional and operative duties promoting the development of the LBRA and in relation to the activities of the LBDC. The LBDCA employs 23 people working at three offices around the lake in Siófok, Keszthely and Balatonfüred.
LBDCA was a partner of the project “Managing Urban Europe-25" and is establishing an EMAS for the micro region of Lake Balaton.
In CHAMP LBDCA will be implementing Capacity Building in Hungary and promoting and Dissemination in Eastern Europe in cooperation with Lake Constance Foundation.
