The Professional Training Foundation in Public Administration from Romania, Sibiu, was founded in 2000 with the main idea of development for continuing training in the field of public administration in Romania. Foundation works in cooperation with several state organizations and other NGOs. To achieve the overall goal, FPA with all partners, promote research for science, in the field of development, research and innovation,to create some form of training designed to improve staff training in administration, but also for the benefit of citizens using the services of training. From theoretical form, last year they started to accessing European projects, designed to align the professional training in Europe.
